My name is Carlo Balemans. With a 40-year career as a conductor and composer, I know the music world inside out. I spent 20 years sharing my passion and knowledge as principal lecturer of Wind Band Conducting at Codarts University of the Arts Rotterdam. I also have 20 years of experience leading my own ensembles, organizing successful tours with renowned partners such as Conny Janssen Danst and De Wetten van Kepler. I have also conducted and organized performances at festivals in Uganda and Bosnia Herzegovina. My experience has given me a unique insight into the complexity of international tours and the need for careful preparation.

I've been living a nomadic lifestyle since 2018, the last years of which I have spent in Central and South America. This personal experience has given me a unique understanding of the local cultures and customs – an essential advantage when organizing tours in this region. Moreover, as a tour leader in Patagonia (Argentina), I work with Dutch tourists, which makes me perfectly equipped to communicate with and coordinate Dutch groups in a South American context.

I excel at bringing clarity to often-complex situations.  As a natural organizer, I'm adept at managing intricate projects effectively, even when faced with unforeseen challenges.
